Land bank financing is generally available up to 50% of the cost of the land, and servicing loans for both residential and commercial industrial lots are funded on a cost-to-complete basis in the area of 60% – 85% of total cost, depending on the type and location of the lots, and the level of pre-sales relative to liquidation point.
